Laptop Repair
The Information Technology Department offers a Laptop Repair service to all students of The Art Institute of York - Pennsylvania that are required to have a laptop. We are an Authorized Service Provider for the manufacturers listed below and are able to do warranty and non-warranty work for those manufacturers. All warranty work is at no charge to the student, all non-warranty work will incur a $50 per hour fee and the cost of parts. Troubleshooting software issues are at no charge to the student as well, regardless of what laptop it is.

Student Laptop Repair Status
Below is a list of student laptop repairs and their current status. The status will show one of four items as described below:
  • Complete - Your laptop is complete and ready to be picked up.
  • In Progress - Your laptop is actively being worked on by us or the manufacturer.
  • See IT Department - Please come into the IT Department.
  • Waiting on Parts - Your repair may be delayed because we need to order parts.

Authorized Service Provider
The Art Institute of York Pennsylvania's IT Department is an Authorized Service Provider for Apple, HP and MPC/Gateway. This means whenever you have any problems with your Apple, HP or MPC/Gateway Business laptop you can bring it in for service and we can take care of all the work right here at the school.
