Laptop Repair

The Information Technology Department offers a Laptop Repair service to all students of The Art Institute of York - Pennsylvania that are required to have a laptop. We are an Authorized Service Provider for the manufacturers listed below and are able to do warranty and non-warranty work for those manufacturers. All warranty work is at no charge to the student, all non-warranty work will incur a $50 per hour fee and the cost of parts. Troubleshooting software issues are at no charge to the student as well, regardless of what laptop it is.

Student Laptop Repair Status
|
Below is a list of student laptop repairs and their current status. The status will show one of four items as described below:
- Complete - Your laptop is complete and ready to be picked up.
- In Progress - Your laptop is actively being worked on by us or the manufacturer.
- See IT Department - Please come into the IT Department.
- Waiting on Parts - Your repair may be delayed because we need to order parts.

The Art Institute of York Pennsylvania's IT Department is an Authorized Service Provider for Apple, HP and MPC/Gateway. This means whenever you have any problems with your Apple, HP or MPC/Gateway Business laptop you can bring it in for service and we can take care of all the work right here at the school.
