The Art Institute of York - Pennsylvania offers a professional quality print service for current students. We offer three types of paper stock; Matte, Semi-Gloss and Gloss, you may also supply your own paper but unexpected color or color shifts may occur because our printers are only color calibrated to our paper stocks.

Due to new printers and a higher supply cost, pricing has increased roughly 50%.

Turn Around Times
|
Our standard turn around time is 24 hours, however we do have a 4 hour and 1 hour turn around available at an additional charge.
- 24 Hour Turn Around - No additional charge.
- 4 Business Hour Turn Around - $3.00 additional per sheet of paper.
- 1 Business Hour Turn Around - $5.00 additional per sheet of paper.

Terms and Conditions
|
- You will receive a print voucher upon submission that includes your pick-up time for your prints and the total cost of your prints. You must pay for this voucher in the student bookstore and return it to the IT Department at the time of your pick-up. Be careful not to lose your print voucher as prints can not be picked up without it.
- 4-Hour and 1-Hour Rush priority options may not be available or acceptable due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Acceptable documents for print include Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PDF, EPS, Tiff, and Jpeg files.
- Embed all fonts and external images in the file. If embedding is not an option all required files such as fonts and images must be included with the file.
- Any job that doesn't fit in the printable area will be reduced up to 10%. If it does not fit after 10% it will be rejected!
- If crop marks can not be set up within the program's print dialog box than crop marks will not be added. We do not manually create crop marks for you.
- Supplied paper can be provided at the prior approval of the IT Department. (An extra sheet per printed page should be provided to allow for unexpected errors.)
- Supplied paper is not calibrated with our printers. Unexpected color or color shifts may be a result.
