Office Hours

The Information Technology Office is located in room 105. The office is staffed 8:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Thursday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm on Friday. The office is closed Saturday and Sunday.

Support Offered

The IT Department supports all classroom and administrative technology on campus; either directly, or working with the appropriate support teams at the corporate technology center. Our goal is to provide exceptional service for classroom and administrative customers.

We ask that computer problems be reported to the IT Department promptly - we can't fix it if we don't know it's broken. (See below for how to report problems.) While we have a passing familiarity with the software installed in computer labs, we are not experts on all the software. If you are experiencing a software problem, we will try to assist, but may need to refer you to an instructor for help.

While not specifically a part of our 'job description', we may - as time permits - assist in diagnosing problems with student laptops. We will attempt to confirm the issue, and offer suggestions on how the student may resolve the issue.

How to report issues

Use the 'Open a Support Ticket' Quick Link at the top of this and every page on the Tech web site. Alternatively, you may use the 'AiYP Support Request' icon on the desktop of all classroom computers. Please be as specific as possible in describing the problem you are encountering.

You may also, of course, stop in and see us.

MyAiCampus Support

If you are encountering a problem with MyAiCampus student portal, or with an eBook associated with your course, you will need to contact MyAiCampus Support at 1-866-642-2711. While we will work with you to confirm that you are experiencing a problem, the local IT staff do not have the ability to 'fix' things.
