Equipment Loan

The Art Institue of York - Pennsylvania offers media equipment to be loaned to current students and employees at no cost. Below you will find a list of all the equipment that is available to be checked out. Equipment is due back by noon of the next business day or a per day late fee will incur.

Reservations
|
|
You may reserve equipment up to two weeks in advance. There is a reservation form in the IT Department that you need to fill out in order to reserve equipment. Failure to pick up reserved equipment by 4pm will result in a $5 fine.

What is the Equipment Authorization Form?
|
|
The Equipment Authorization Form is required to take out certain equipment. Its purpose is to ensure that specialized equipment is not misused, the form is available from your instructor.
